What Causes Irregular Periods?

I am having trouble getting pregnant my periods come sometimes and then don t ive had one this month and august but skiped September and had one in march but that s the only 3 months out of this year ive had one its very frustrating for me and ive had to babies already 4 and 5 years old now so I know I can have children so my question is what else could be wrong ?

irregular periods can be due to stress,pcod,hormonal imbalance,overweight etc..u do follicular study after taking siphene ...then follicle size increases to 18mm then rupture ..then iui for early results..
