What Causes Irregular Vaginal Spotting After Taking Primolut-N?

Hi.Im 45 yrs.old.After finishing my Primolut course for 9 days Im not having normal periods like before.First two days normal but third day only spotting.Why is that?I had my hormonal worked up last mnth n the estradiol level was little low,so isthat the cause?

Menstrual irregularities and spotting can happen with Primolut N. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself without treatment.
