-U T I is more common in females.
-B P H ( Benign prostraste
hyperplasia )is more common at age more than 40 yrs .
-S T D (
Sexually Transmitted Disease) is more common at young age.
It may be U T I ,not fully treated due to bacteria resistant to ciprofloxacin
.Though ciprofloxacin is a good antibiotic for U T I but these days it is found resitant to bacteria, reason of not responding.
Consult Urologist, he will examine you physically & order for
1-
urinalysis , culture & sensitivity.
2-x-ray abdomen .
3-
ultrasound.
to rule out stone,B P H ,resistant UTI,any other possibility .
We prescribe 'furadantoin' to our patient, it is less resistant depend on area to area ..
