What Causes Irritation In Stomach When I Am Taking Combiflam?
Dr.m suffering frm fever nd body pain frm the last 3 4 days.......i cunsult wit dctr....she gave me medecines bt no effects than i started combiflame after my every meal wen ever i feel fever is it good to take combiflame lyk this bcoz nw m feeling soo much irritating nd week in ma stomach.....why is it so???

It is due to the side effect of Combiflam.
Combiflam is a combination of the two medications, Ibuprofen & Paracetamol.
It can cause acidity related stomach irritation, inflammation or gastritis as its side effect which can be prevented by taking acid suppressing drug like Ranitidine or Omeprazole along with Combiflam.
