What Causes Irritation While Urination With Diabetes?

I am diabatic and hope its under controll.. She ince 2 days I am having irritation after unrinisation..and feels very unconfortable...Urine speed also very low..I got checked my Unrine and the result says pus cell Occational/HPF..wht does this means????

It could be because of urinary tract infection or if you are above 50 years, it can be due to prostate enlargement. it is normal to see few pus cells in urine, particularly in diabetics.
