What Causes Itchiness In The Lower Extremities And Slight Bleeding During Intercourse?

I am a 58 year old woman, already gone through menopause, am overweight (might even be diabetic--haven t been to doctor in years), however I have slight bleeding only during intercourse. Also am very itchy in the lower extremities. What could be going on??

It could be just a chronic infection at your cervix or may be some growth which is resulting in the bleeding.

I would recommend visiting a gynecologist. He may ask you to get a PAP smear done, which is a microscopic test of your cervical tissue, or even an biopsy may be needed.
I would also start an local antifungal pessaries like Clotrimazole along with an oral antibiotic for the infection.
