What Causes Itching And Dark Red Lumps On Anus With Puss Discharge?

Hi, for about 10 years now I have suffered really bad with an itchy anus. I wake up at night scratching and when I examined my anus, there were a series of dark red/purple lumps inside. Puss and discharge also come from there which make it itch even more.. please help!

Your symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids.

I recommend using an anti-hemorrhoid cream for local application.

I also recommend doing a stool test and a complete blood count for further evaluation.
