Hi,

It seems you had UTI on weekend and took antibiotics by self-medication and urinanalysis came negative as it was cured by antibiotics. Some blood in urine due to infection is common. But very likely its your menstrual bleed you are confusing with urinary bleed.

If urinary symptoms persist or you get fever or again clearly bleed from urethra see a doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Devendra Choudhary
