What Causes Itching And Redness In Penis Followed By Fever?
HI my husband complaints itching and redness around the penis after that he developed pus in that area he takes T.Metronidazole 400mg 6 doses after that pus stopped , after a two days he developed fever with evening rise of temperature more than 5 days with rigor he takes T.ciprofloxacin 500mg for 5 days but still fever continues it may be VDRL?

Get blood sugar levels tested to rue out diabetes.
Take anti fungal medication like Fluconazole with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for 5 days in addition to antibiotics that he is taking .
Ensure to wash genitals with warm water twice daily
