What Causes Itching In The Penis?
Hi my son is 3 1/2 he has been scratching the base of his penis because he says it it itchy it now seems that he has agrivated the skin right around it. Is there anything I can do to relieve the itch untill it heals he also suffers from eczema behind his knees and in the creases of he inside of his arm. Can I use calamine lotionaround the base of the penis to help the itch.

thanks for your question. it sounds like yor son has eczema around his penis. the treatment for this would be a steroid cream applied 2-3 times a day such as hydrocortisone.
