What Causes Itching Sensation In The Anal Opening?

What is that tickling sensation I ve had for about 20 minutes now on the inside of my anus hole?!?!?! Feels like a poo could help maybe, but when I push to try and have a poo, or even just to release wind of some sort, it doesn t feel either is going to pop out anytime? It been about 25 minutes now and still very tickley, help me?

I really appreciate your concern, it is the passing of flatus and may not be anything it can also be happening in case of infection else it may not be anything dangerous, flatulence, dyspepsia could be the underlying causes of formation of flatus, hope this information helps.
