What Causes Itching Sensation On The Buttocks During Defecation?
My 6 year old son was sick in January with gastroenteritis. Since then whenever he has a bowel movement his buttocks itches like crazy - to the point where cries. His Pediatrician thought it was worms. I did the worm treatment, but it did not work. what can be the cause?

Itching sensation during defecation due to hemorrhoid or worm infestation or particular soap or moisturizing cream allergy etcetera. Check for scabies or eczema etcetera. Use tablet chlorpheniramine maleate according to body weight. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
