What Causes Itchy Bumps On Arms?
Hello, I seem to have very irritated skin. Such to a point in which their is clear liquid coming out from the irritated area. The area are also on my arms and now seem like a lot of bumps or pimple shaped bumpes which are itchy. What can I do about it?
