What Causes Itchy Rash On Both Of My Palms?

Hi, I just had a rash randomly appear on both of my palms. They have a minor pain to them, not unbearable, but enough to feel a tiny bit of pain and they also itch. It s a group of them covering my palms and they are noticeable but not too noticeable. Now I have a huge sweating problem due to the fact that I m a marine and am in training before I leave for boot camp but I m hoping that s all it is. I also have a spot on my right thigh that appeared after a work out and is just not clearing up. I ve had it for about a week but it was also itchy. The ones on my hands I can feel are a little bumped up, as in I can feel them or they are raised. Please let me know ASAP. Thanks.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

Seems like an allergic reaction. I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for a few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Kakkar S., Dermatologist
