What Causes Itchy Rash On The Chest And Suffering With Laryngitis?

Hello. I had an upper respiratory infection that seems to have developed into laryngitis. I haven't been able to speak above a whisper for 3 days. Today, I notices a rash on my chest and it is beginning to itch a bit. Could the rash be related to my voice loss?

Thanks for your question on HCM. I don't think your skin rash and laryngitis are connected. Viral laryngitis is rare and it is the only connection I found between skin lesion and hoarseness of voice. But I suggest you to consult ENT surgeon for your hoarseness of voice. May be vocal cord palsy is the cause. And skin lesion seems mostly viral rash. Just take antihistamines. You will be alright. And for hoarseness I suggest ENT consultation
