What Causes Itchy Red Colored Head, Neck And Arms?
Yesterday, after having lunch I just slept for a while and when i woke up up my head, neck and arms were very itchy and very red. I had got some sort of a rash. By evening it was all over my body except my face hands and feet. Now it is slowly also coming on my face. What should i do

I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily.
I I also suggest using a steroid cream for local application such as Betametasone cream daily.
