What Causes Itchy Red Patch On The Ankle?
Six year old has a red patch about the size of a half daughter on front of his ankle with two or three oddly shaped lumps. Initially, I thought it was irritation due to dry skin. It has not become larger, but it it no better two weeks later, and I have no idea how long it has been there. It does itch him.

It can be fungal infection..u can use candid cream for local application three times daily and cetrizine syp for itching...if not responding visit dermatologist..
