Hello, I can understand your concern for itchy red rash on the hands and feet. After reading your query it appears that you might have developed vasculitis or related process where there is mild to moderate inflammation of the blood vessels leading to itchy red rash on the hands and feet along with red swollen skin at various sites. In your kind of cases I generally go for all the routine blood investigations with complete blood counts to rule out any other abnormality. I suggest my patients to hydrate them at best by taking plenty of liquids. For pain and tenderness I prefer to give plane paracetamol tablet for two times a day.
