What Causes Itchy Throat With Chills And Sever Nausea?

I have a stuffed up nose, a slightly itchy throat, the chills, a low fever, body pains and aches (mainly in legs and back), my stomach feels off (nauseous, discomfort, bloating, realeasing a lot of gas), and now just above my left hip near my stomach hurts. What do I have?
