What Causes Itchy White Bumps In Vagina?

I gave my boyfriend oral sex 14 days ago and just recently my vagina started itching. There are white bumps that I believe are causing the itching. I am scared this is HPV but neither of us have had any other sexual partners or even kissed anyone else. What could this be?
