What Causes Jelly Like Green Colored Stool With Blood?

Hi
My daughter is 4.5 months old. I have some concerns about her stools.
She had a bit of blood in her stool two days ago.
And things looked okay until just now.
Her last two stools were jelly like. Last one was very green (spinach color) and very jellish.
Is this normal???
