What Causes Joint Pain After Taking Tylenol?

I ve been feeling achy especially my feet/hands and shoulders so I took generic Tylenol arthritis last night and this afternoon. I noticed last night after taking I felt unusual like in a dream/haze tightening of muscles & head a weird surreal feeling. Joints hurting again this afternoon so I took 2 more and I m starting to feel the same weird feeling. Could this be from the tylenol?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
it is not common to have such symptoms after taking Tylenol. I wold recommend you to take plenty of fluid and have a eye on these symptoms. If they improve than it is ok. Otherwise you need to show to your doctor if their is increase in joint pain.
