What Causes Joint Pain And Leg Pain Despite Having Fatty Liver?

Dear sir, I got 200iu in aso titre, my age is 38 male, what are the necessary precaution I should follow. I have pain in my finger joints for the past three months and also having leg pain, and also i m suffering from skin allergy problems and fatty liver problem.

Hi welcome to HCM....

Here you are having high ASO titer ...
So having streptococci infection....

It can spread via blood and leading deposition in tissue leads to septic arthritis. ..

Here you need to take full course of antibiotic like amoxyclav ....for five days. ..
Local part x ray of joints done for better work up.....

Also investigate with CRP , RA factor , ANA , , uric acid etc according to suspicion ...

If inflammatory joint swelling seems more short term antiinflammatory drug like NSAIDs or steroid might needed ...

The arthritis can be from low calcium level so its level also checked. ..

So consult physician for examination...

For fatty liver take low fat diet and regular exercise with more fruits. ...
