Hi i am hypothyroid patient since 8 months now icomplaining of joint pain, whole body pain some times, swelling in both legs (specially in thigh and ankle side, drowsiness, loss apetite, some tmies throat pain, dry cough, some times headache in between the both eye brows,

These are typical symptoms of hypothyroidism. Do a thyroid function test and start drugs accordingly.
