What Causes Joint Pain In Knees And Shoulders?

hi, I am a male, 62 years old, very active. In the past year I have developed moderate to severe aches/pains in most joints. Knees, shoulders, elbow, ankles and recently my hip, and a pain in my back. I was check for arthritis and they said it was minor, what was normal for my age. I take vitamins, minerals supplements, fish oil etc on a daily basis, take NSAIDs as needed and am on High blood pressure medicine, it is under control. Probably do not eat the best of diets and tend to overdo it on the diet drinks. Any thoughts on possible causes. Or ideas on things to try,
