What Causes Joint Pain, Swelling In Knees And High Esr Levels?

hi i am eleven years old i have alot of joint pains and swelling of my knees sometimes for years they r trying to test whats wrong but the results were ok. the last test that they done they say that my ESR level is too high the averege of my esr is 16.
