What Causes Joint Pain?

Just got blood results of ALTSGPT 102, ASTSGOT 57 and C-reacitve protein of 0.51. I have a history of auto immune disease of the liver (no issues in about 17 years) and Rhuematiod runs in my family. I have been having traveling joint pain for about 4 weeks. Thoughts?
