What Causes Joints Pain And Weakness In The Right Wrist?

I have had an immediate onset of joint pain and weakness, worst is my right wrist, but overall I just feel awful, weak, somewhat nauseous, and had diarrhea yesterday. The pain began after that. No new meds, I m very active and have never had this happen before.

Hello,

Acute arthritis may be due to viral fever.
Use tablet Paracetamol thrice a day for five days.
Use cold and warm compression.
Drink plenty of liquids, take rest.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
