Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to muscle pain due to a viral infection.
I suggest to do the STD tests for further evaluation.
Meanwhile,I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the knee and neck pain.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
