What Causes Knee Cap Pain, Swelling And Difficulty In Bending?
The knee cap on right knee hurts to touch and to bend my knee, knee is swollen and hurts worse to bend past 90 degree angle. I ran a half marathon on Sunday and it did not bother me until the last mile. No other prior issues. Any idea what could be damaged?
