What Causes Knee Cracking And Pain After Fitness Training?

Hi, Im 24 years old, Im a bodybuilder, and train 4 times a week, and run 2 times a week, My knees crack a lot when I bend or I squat, also I feel a lot of pain, after I train. When I start training I feel little pain, but not so much as later. What is it? i really enjoy my training, and dont want to stop doing it. HELP?

Well come to HCM
The knee joint is highly vulnerable to sport injury, and exercise, if you have a symptoms like knee pain stiffness, some sort of sound coming from it then the joint need to be seen for meniscus injury and for that imaging study is must meanwhile condition can be managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, take care.
