What Causes Knee Popping?
Why do my knees pop every time I bend them? I m only 16 and my knees have always popped. I don t usually get pain but for awhile now I have had to pop it or try to when to get the pain to go away. So either way I might have pain. Pain if I don t pop it and pain if I do.
