What Causes Knot On Thigh Of Baby After Having Series Of Shots?

I daughter had a series of shots done at her 4 month check up (what ever the norm. is that her age) on Monday. She now has a marble sized knot on her thigh where one of the immunizations was administered. I'm not sure whether to be worried about it or is this a normal reaction?

this can be normal following shots. simply observe it and it should improve. if it appears to be getting worse or causing her any discomfort see you dr.
