What Causes Lack Of Appetite And Sweating In An Infant?

Hi I have a 6 month old son and for the last few day he has kept being sick he isnt interested in his bottles but still eats solids. He has never been a sicky baby. he dont have a temp but he does feel a bit sweaty on his forehead but he is cold. he has also slept alot more than usal and i am a bit concerned.

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to viral infection.

For further assessment he may require complete hemogram, urine analysis, blood culture sensitivity after pediatrician consultation.

For fever you can give syp acetaminophen.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition and investigation.

Keep him hydrated. Watch for symptoms like high grade fever, dehydration.
