What Causes Lack Of Appetite, Diarrhea And Body Pain?

very concerned with my husbands symptoms, aching bones, no appetite, exhaustion, diarreah. he says his legs, hips, feet hurt terribly. he s a 30 year smoker, alcoholic (beer - drinks @ 5-10 beers a day), and 2 years ago was diagnosed with AVN (and had surgery on his one hip before). He s had subtle changes in his liver, per doctor tests, over the years.
