What Causes Lack Of Bowel Movement And Lump Above Navel?

I havent had a bowel movement in i think 2 weeks. Well i did, but just a little and i had to push so hard for that little. just on saturday a lump appeared just a little above my naval. it is underneath my skin poking out. the lump is hard and it hurts. its not that big, but it is noticable if i look in the mirror. does this have anything to do with not having a bowel movement?
