What Causes Lack Of Concentration And Focus?

I have no concentration at all ! My patience is terrible ! The other day I had some food cooking and the tub water running for my son ! My tub ended up running over because I forgot about it and ended up doing other things !! I just can t seem to stay on top of anything not get anything done !! My motivation is gone and I can t concentrate or focus on anything ?

It is quite a normal situation and there is nothing to worry about.
All you need is some rest. So, take a vacation and try to relax.
Physical activity (Yoga, aerobics, recreational sports, etc.) can help improve your situation.
I would also advice checking thyroid hormone levels and vitamin D levels for possible imbalance.
