What Causes Lack Of Feeling Around Genitals And Difficulty In Attaining Orgasms?

Hi, I have recently started finally having sex, I am 20 years old and have had sex maybe 10 times now. I have realized though that I have very little if any sensation down there, I don t get aroused easily (but do get wet) and don t get a pleasurable sensation either from sex or masturbation. What can I do ?
