What Causes Lack Of Hearing Capacity In A Toddler?

Dear Sir, My Daughter 2 yrs old having hearing problem, we have been go through some test and found she have very low hearing capacity in (high pitch) sound, but normal conversation she not responding. we would be appreciate your kind advise. Best regards, Tareque Aziz
