What Causes Lack Of Orgasm?

I am 29 year old healthy man.My wife 25 year old and healthy.Our problem is that, during intercourse my wife never gets orgasm.We do foreplay for 10-15 minutes, still she cannot enjoy the sex. Then after, I use my finger and stimulate her and make orgasm.Is there anyway to get her orgasm while intercourse? What is the reason that she doesn't get the pleasure during intercourse?Please advise us to have a better sex.
