What Causes Lack Of Urination During Day And Frequent Urination During Night?

Hi, I am a 74 year old male and only pass urine once or twice during the day but pass water 4 or 5 time during the night. It would be great if I could reverse this and enable me to get an unbroken nights sleep. Do you think Pamsvax XL 400 micrograms Capsules help me to do this ?
