What Causes Lack Of Urination Even After Taking Enough Liquids?

My 2 year old had the stomach flu for almost a week, finally had to be hospitalized and receive IV fluids! Problem is that she is feeling better and drinking a good amount to liquids and eating good for several days now but she is not urinating hardly at all! In morning nothing in diaper and hours later still nothing! She could wear the same diaper all day and not come close to filling it up! Which of course she don't! What could be going on with her?!?
