What Causes Large Head And Low Nose Bridge In A Child?

my 14 month old is having some mild dev. delays , i was reading online about some features he has , i am just worry about him , he has a slightly larg head circumference and his nose kind of squished "low nose bridge" , but he doesn't have any other bad symptoms that i can assosiate with a genetic disease or any type of syndrom, can you hellp??

first of all i should tell you to consult a paediatrician as soon as possible.
this signs may be associated with-hydrocephalus,endocrinology disorder,inborn errors of metabolism etc.
it needs proper clinical examination,and investigations to establish the diagnosis.
