What Causes Large Vein Sticking Out Under My Arm Pit?

Hi, last night I noticed a good size vein sticking out under my arm pit. I have not done any hard lifting in the past couple weeks and it is not painful. It is on the right side and I am right handed if that helps at all. Any ideas what it could be? I am 53 years old and weight 145 lbs. I do take medication for high blood pressure. Thank you.

Respected Sir, hi it seems to be some lymph node enlargement. might be following some bacterial infection. In my clinic I recommend combination of 3 tables as : 1.Cefixime (200)mg 2.RAnitidine (150)mg 3.Diclofenac-serratiopeptidase all 3 tab mor and eve after meals for 3 days with follow up of progress of the lesion. bus as these are prescribed drugs kindly get it by your physician dear . thanks regards, hope this clears your query , can turn back in person for any further assistance. wishing you fast speedy recovery.
