What Causes Late Period And Sore Breasts While Taking Hormone Tablets?

Hello so here it goes. I was having problems with my period went to the doctor and he gave me a hormone (progestogen) to help had a normal period that month and the next. now I am two weeks late sore breasts, been throwing up, and extremely tired and moody. Took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Just wanted to know what could be going on

The sore breasts, tiredness and an upset stomach are all side effects of progesterone. You may be are experiencing premenstrual syndrome.
