What Causes Leaking Of Urine After Finishing Urinating?

Hello, I always have a little pee stain on my underwear. I always clean up good after using the loo but it still seems to happen. It s been going since I was small, like about 8 years old, I m 17 now and I m too embarrassed to tell my mum or somebody else. I also never feel myself leaking, Is this a infection ? How can I fix my problem ?

Hi you have urinary incontinence ...

So for better management consult nephrologists and inform your parent without shy ....

Here stress or urge incontinence has to be differentiated first ..
This can be by infection also ...

First investigate with urine routine and microscopic examination ...
Renal function test also done ....

You need to investigate with urodynamic study and USG for post voidal urine ...

Your treatment done accordingly with bladder training , biofeedback , pelvic muscle exercise and electrical stimulation if needed. .

Use absorbent underwear ..

If detrusor instability is cause than oxybutynin given ...

Avoid stress and constipation....

Less caffeine taken and avoid stress. ...

If needed for stress incontinence sling can be useful. .
