Hello. I understand your concerns and I will try to help you. I dont see relation between your symptoms and heart disease. THis is more likely some specific gastrointestinal disorder which is benign in its course in most cases. Most commonly we see irritable bowel syndrome or diverticulosis as main cause and it can be treated with dietary changes. Your diet should include high fibre vegetables, more fluids, boiled food and smaller meals. Probiotics and milk prodicts are desirable as well. YOu need to avoid spicy and fatty food, alcohol and smoking. Food allergy testing should be performed as well. If there wont be benefit, then you need to do diagnostic tests, most of all, colonoscopy or CT scan. This will reveal possible diverticulosis, polyps or inflammatory bowel diseases.
