What Causes Left Breast Swelling?

I have this odd swelling under my left breast. I have GERD really bad and get gas pains in my chest quite a bit from it. There isnt any redness, but it is tender to the touch. It has been tender for a couple of months but not noticably swollen. I did walk on the treadmill a couple of days ago and it seemed to be more painful afterwards. I feel like a hypochondriac going to tje doctor but this concerns me. I also have had on and off selling from base of.gy neck

I really appreciate your concern, if you have not taken any anti-inflammatory drugs then then better to have it and the best option would be Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, if symptom does not improved with this then this need to be taken for investigation, take care.
