Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
HI DOCTOR, I am 45 years old male having left shoulder intermitted pain since last many years. recently undergone ECG and Echo test and found normal. My BP is 130/80. sugar levels are bit higher 108/150 (fasting/PP). height is 180 cms weight is 82 kgs. leafding active life. should i undergo TMT also.
I think you may be having a frozen shoulder. I would suggest you to meet a orthopaedic surgeon and confirm this diagnosis. I would recommend you : 1. Physiotherapy to prevent stiffness of shoulder 2. infrared or hot water fomentation for pain relief. 3. Steroid injection if pain is not bearable. MRI if all above measure fails.
