Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, I have constant pain in my left side. At times it can make it hard to move, breathe, and/or eat. My stomach has also been bothering me for over a week now. And I ve noticed that I am swelling pretty badly. My hands, face, legs, feet, ankles, and stomach area.
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your health issues.
The left side colicky pain may be because of some kidney issue.
Your second symptoms also suggest that swelling on fee, hand, around face can be because of same reason even the fluid also accumulate in abdomen called ascites.
You need to get an ultrasound of your abdomen done to get precise diagnosis, acute kidney failure can also lead to other organs to get compromised.
Visit a nephrologist as early as possible and get yourself fully evaluated.
Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any other questions.
Regards Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
